Built in the 1950s, Lake Elsie Wedding Barn is one of only 4 surviving Gothic Arch barns in North Dakota. Its unique architecture—a soaring, 30-foot high hayloft arch and two full levels totaling 5,000 square feet meant that Sandy and Marshall Meyer couldn’t help but appreciate its potential. Built and used as a dairy barn until 1989, it needed more than a facelift in 2010 when the Meyers purchased the property; it needed a major makeover. And that’s exactly what she got. Resurrecting from the rubble, Lake Elsie Wedding Barn is more striking than ever—blending rustic, rural charm with contemporary elegance.

Couples can accommodate up to 325 guests at this elegant venue. Their spacious barn features vaulted ceilings, warm wood, and cafe lights strung across the arch. The hayloft boasts two decks on each side which lead to their newly renovated restrooms. The space is heated, air-conditioned, and has a stage for your band or DJ. There’s also an outdoor patio with gorgeous views of Lake Elsie, perfect for your cocktail hour.
